The key to prevent any stain is immediate treatment.

Two simple steps:

1. RINSE: Always rinse out with cold water. Never use hot, it actually can set the stain and you'll never get it out.
2. PRE-TREAT: You can use any pre-treatment spray to help dissolve the stain. But remember that not all are created equal.

Best Pre-treatment I've found: You can't buy it at the store! But you will need some liquid laundry soap and ammonia.

Use a 1:1 ratio of liquid detergent and ammonia. Just use equal amounts and mix together.

Put it in a spray bottle and you're ready!! (if it's too thick to spray, you can add some water)
