Happy Mom

"A happy mom; makes a happy home." I know you've heard that before, but have you given it any thought?

Are you a cheerful mom?

If I am having a bad day, everyone around me can feel the effects of my emotional state. If I'm not happy then no one is.

If I am having a good day, the rest of my family seems to follow suit. How great is that?! I can actually set the entire "tone" of my home.

And what a surprise; the tone of my home is a direct reflection of me.

So how do you become a cheerful mom?

The answer is simple; remember that you are a woman first. Take care of yourself!
