CashBack Credit Cards. Stop paying that high interest rate! Learn what I do to earn money back from my using credit cards.

IF you decide to use credit cards you must pay them off every month!! If you don't have the willpower to do that, then disregard this TIP!

I don't think that credit cards were invented to create enormous amounts of debt. They are a good way to build your credit. But you have to be smart about it.

If you can be disciplined enough to pay it off every month, then do it.

I like to use cash back cards. My favorite is DISCOVER. I earn 1-5% back from every dollar I spend.

The trick is keeping track of what you buy with your card.

This is how:

1. Keep your receipts
2. Log all your receipts in your checkbook register
3. I put a "D" in the check number place. This way I know how I've spent the money.
4. When you balance your checkbook, the charges on your card have already been taken into account.
5. You have to be diligent and write everything in your register!
6. When your credit card statement comes you need to synchronize your checkbook with it. This just insures that you didn't miss any items that you charged.
7. You can now pay your CASHBACK credit cards off eachmonth
8. Enjoy your FREE money!!

On average I earn back $300 a year. Not bad for using my card on items and bills that I have to pay anyhow.

If you are going to use credit cards, then use them wisely. Use them to YOUR advantage, not someone else's.
