I know it happens to me.

My name is Stefanie. I live in a small rural community in Colorado.

I have two little girls of my own. My oldest is three and my youngest is one.

Sometimes I find myself so overwhelmed and alone. I used to wonder if I was the only mom that struggled behind closed doors.

I know now that I am not. And I feel a strong urge to reach out to other moms, like you, that are feeling the same way.

In today’s world there is a lot expected of a mom:

...and the list goes on (I am sure you can add a few of your own).

How can you keep up?
